Why Shouldn't I Buy a Research Paper?

If you want to buy a research paper, you should reconsider for several reasons. First, the purpose of educational assignments is to learn and you will not do that if you cheat. Second, you could get caught. Third, if you do get caught, it could create unnecessary problems at school, at home, or at work.

Your instructor assigned you to do a research paper for a reason. Perhaps he wanted you to get knowledge on a certain topic or maybe he wanted you to develop certain skills. Either way, the goal will not be met if you buy a research paper. Cheating may be something you can get away with, but the result may be that you are the one who gets cheated the most. Not only is there a possibility you will feel the effects long term by lacking certain knowledge or skills, you may also be affected if your instructor decides to give a future assignment, such as pop quiz or exam question, based on the research material.

Most schools have plagiarism and cheating policies. Sometimes the consequences for a violator can be severe. You may automatically fail the course or you may even be expelled from school. If you are punished but allowed to remain in school, the incident could be recorded on your permanent record. This means that if you ever consider going to another school, your indiscretion could be revealed and affect your admission.

Furthermore, the consequences may not be limited to those issued by your school. Your parents may also be upset and disappointed, resulting in punishment at home. If your education is funded by your employer, getting caught buying a research paper could create problems at work and possibly get you fired.

Even if your only concern is whether or not you will get caught, it can be be very difficult to assess your chances. Many instructors are now very aware of the trend and ease of purchasing research papers and they are actively trying to crack down on guilty students. If you buy a research paper online, it may be very easy for your instructor to find out. Even if you buy a research paper from someone you know, there is always the possibility he could also sell the paper to another student, that the writing style will reveal what you have done, or that he has plagiarized all or part of the paper, which can still result in trouble for you.
