According to experts, sometimes there is a cure for anxiety and sometimes there isn’t, depending on the cause. For example, if the anxiety is caused by something a person is experiencing in his life, and he removes himself from that cause, then that would be a cure of sorts. If the problem is caused by some issue in a person’s brain, then they cure for anxiety in those cases might be medication. Some people are also able to cure their anxiety by learning certain thinking procedures during therapy.

Many experts suggest that there are some cases where anxiety may actually be a positive thing, and it may not always be healthy to try and get rid of it. For example, any time a person faces some danger on a regular basis, the anxiety he feels is just his mind's natural way of motivating him to remove himself from the danger. It is generally natural to feel a little anxiety in situations that are particularly stressful or dangerous or in cases where the consequences of an action are potentially extreme.

In other situations, people may feel fears when there is no obvious cause or when the cause is not easily justifiable. In these cases, a cure for anxiety may be needed. Finding the right cure for anxiety in a particular case can be challenging because the cause usually has to be understood first. For example, if the person has some brain chemistry disorder, drugs can be beneficial. Many different disorders can lead to anxiety, however, and some of them have varying treatments.
