A Master of Business Administration (MBA) in organizational behavior is an advanced academic degree that is awarded by accredited business schools in countries around the world. Generally, to obtain an MBA in organizational behavior, you must complete a bachelor's degree, take an entrance exam, demonstrate some practical experience, apply to a program, and complete two years of coursework with a focus on organizational studies.

An MBA in organizational behavior typically requires you to complete four semesters or two years of coursework, totaling somewhere between 16 and 20 classes. Every school will have different specific requirements, but because the MBA is a global degree that is recognized by businesses worldwide, there is a certain level of standardization across programs. Your degree coursework will consist of general business course requirements and classes that specifically address the organizational behavior focus.
Some schools will require you to complete an internship as part of your degree requirements. Others will require you to pass comprehensive examinations before you are eligible to graduate. Still others require you to write and defend a thesis. Once you have satisfied all degree requirements and paid your tuition bill in full, the school will grant you an MBA in organizational behavior.
